This baby is a genius...peas are HORRIBLE. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT make your children eat peas!!!!!!

That's so funny!!! My Jacob HATES peas too. he will pretty much eat anything else, but he DESPISES peas. i think it is a consistency thing for him. he will not eat them mashed up or whole. i have to mix them with carrots to hide the peas taste. i tried tricking him with peas/fruit/peas/fruit too and it didn't work at all. he not only would spit them back out, he would make himself gag and throw up. such drama!!!! he has SUCH a strong gag reflex...i can't get him to eat hardly anything that isn't pureed. that's my struggle with that little munchkin right now!!! ... glad to hear y'all had a great Christmas. i've missed checking in on you guys (via blog). we still have to get together soon. MOST mondays and fridays are good for us:) OH YEAH....HIP-HIP HURRAY on the potty training:) it'll be nice when you only have one in diapers, huh?! ... enjoyed the blog posts:)

I'm with Karen and Jacob...peas STINK! The only ones I like are Jean Claude and his side kick on Veggie Tales! Although, I have managed to learn how to not spit them out all over my face when forced to eat them somewhere else! (Too funny, Jacob!) I have to echo Karen...don't terrorize your kids with peas! Life without peas is good! Really now, what is the nutritional value of peas? I know, they have protein and fiber, but there are MUCH tastier ways to get that in his diet! :)

Way to go, Noah, on potty training! Can't believe he started with poo-poo, that has always been the most difficult part with our girls! He's a big boy! :)

That is sooooooooo funny, I tell you babies are so smart and demanding! They know what they want when they want it. I guess that is what keith and i have to look forward to in a few months. I look forward to starting cereal with her, keeping up with the milk demand is hard. Any advice is very much welcomed!

Hilarious! What a smart little boy. That is one of Malachi's favorite foods now!

And what is this I hear about Noah and the potty??!! How exciting! You'll have to keep us updated. Now that we are moved I hope to work on Malachi a little more!
