Well, after being gone for over 2 weeks and not driving the 30 year old truck that sits in our driveway for almost 3 weeks, we returned to find that it wouldn't start. Shocking, I know! We finally got it started (after a new battery) and took it right to the mechanic. Well, after 5 days at the mechanic, they said we needed a new carburator. (Of course all I hear is $$$$$$) So, Josh went to the Auto Store, bought the manual for his truck, talked to a friend, and concluded that he needed to change the starter, clean the carburator we had, and change the selenoid. Yeah, that's all, right. To make a long story short, we picked up the still broken truck (didnt pay a dime), took the truck home and Josh worked on it for about a half hour. His little baby started right up and purred like a kitten! He was pretty proud of himself, and so was I. Luckily he saved us around $200 that we would have paid had the mechanic worked on it. Good job!!!! Love you honey!
